Kelley Stalder
Co-Owner
Kelley is Jan Stalder’s husband, and serves as the Engineer for the State Fire Marshal’s Office in Texas. He is passionate about delivering scientifically proven treatments to our patients improve their capabilities and quality of life.

Education
Kelley began his career in electrical and biomedical engineering. After obtaining his engineering degree from Southern Methodist University, he sought a career path in healthcare settings. As the telecommunications industry grew and Kelley expanded his engineering base through post-graduate studies, he ultimately practiced engineering in senior management with leading telecommunications firms.
Background
Kelley has spent his career in service to firefighting agencies and organizations across Texas, including serving as a deputy team commander and communications officer for Texas 4 DMAT (Federal Disaster Medical Assistance Team).
In 1995, then-Governor George W. Bush appointed Kelley as a commissioner on the Texas Commission on Fire Protection (the regulatory agency for the Texas-paid fire service). Governor Rick Perry re-appointed Kelley as Chairman of the Texas Commission on Fire Protection in 1996, and he served in that role until 2008.
